Shipping Policy

The default shipping procedure is to wait until everything in your order is available before we'll process the order for shipment. This include backorder and pre-order items. Therefore, instock item placed together with a backorder item won't be shipped until the backorder item becomes available.

Some orders with mixed pre-ordered items and in stock items MAY be shipped separately, depending on the size of the order and various other factors. Dragon USA online has its full discretionary in making this decision. The customer will NOT be charged for the split shipment. If an extra shipping charge is needed, we will contact the customer for approval prior to the shipment.

Backorder items will be automatically process when the item becomes in stock. Customers are advised to contact us and have the backordered item removed from the order if he/she does not want the backorder item to be fulfilled automatically.

Free Shipping offer is good for U.S. orders within the United States including HI and PR. Overseas customers will be contacted by a customer service specialist for shipping quote.

Free Shipping Offers only good for items ordered from Dragon USA Online store. Items ordered through Dragon USA Marketplace does not qualify for free shipping.

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Most items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Pre-orders and Backorders will be processed when the item becomes available.

To provide high quality and good value shipping service, FedEx Express and FedEx Ground is our default carrier.

Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PSC or PO Boxes.
